Paul Omindi is a Professional Trainer, a technical farm advisor as well as Back-up Officer. I am self-motivated, Honest, always try to learn extra hard by myself and have got all the skills required to create and manage smooth operation of small scale farmers in the rural community.

Paul loves solving all the social problems and improves farmers understating through experience in the AC activities. I also love improving skills for other employees especially those I lead to my position. Not leaving anyone behind which is also Alphajiri work ethics.
