私たちの社会の様々な問題をずっと解決したいと思っていました。しかし、一人では、できません。 ボーダレスグループというプラットフォームを利用することで、より社会問題の解決ができると確信しています。
I belive that combined effort will bring good result easily and fastest way. I wanted to solve different anomilies of our society. But it wouldn't be possible to do it by myself alone. By joining at BLJ, I get a platform that matchs with me. Now I can work to solve different social problems around our society
わたしの履歴書
初めまして、私はKazi Maksudur Rahman Opuです。
バングラデシュの中心、ダッカで育ちました。私は化学を専攻し公立大学を卒業しました。またレザーシューズの専門コースも専攻しました。
2013年よりBLJバングラデシュで働いています。BLJファミリーの一員になれて本当に幸運だと感じています。途上国の生まれ、いつも、特に身体的および社会的に困難に直面している人々の生活水準を向上させたいと思っていました。
現在、BLJとして、すでに社会の脆弱な人々のための雇用機会を創出は少しずつ可能になってきていると感じています。ただこれからは、身体的、社会的に障害のある人々のために、より多様な労働機会を創出し、さまざまな基準で彼らがスキルアップできる環境創りをしたいと考えています。
そのために、私たちは聴覚および言語障害者と部分的な障害者のための仕事の機会を創出するために靴工場を始めました。彼らの多くは、家族の負担となっているのが現状です。彼らは生活するために家族に依存しなければなりません。彼らの家族に十分に収入がなかったり、貧困であると、彼らの多くは物乞いや売春、麻薬の売買などの選択肢しかありません。
靴生産は、バングラデシュで2番目に大きな輸出収入であり、急上昇している分野です。この10年間で、業界は342.36％の成長をしています。更に靴生産をするに当たって、熟練した人材を必要とする業界でもあります。
この事業の目的は、彼らをトレーニングし、育て上げ仕事を提供することです。彼らが社会にとって良い資産となり、彼らは家族だけでなく国にも貢献することができますと信じています。

Hi, I am Kazi Maksudur Rahman Opu.
I have been grown up at Dhaka, center of Bangladesh. I completed my post graduation in Chemistry from a public university. I have also done a graduate diploma on Leather Footwear.
I have been working in BLJ science 2013. I am very much fortunate to be a part of the BLJ Family. As a citizen of a developing country, I always dreamt to improve the Standard of living of our mass people, specially who are physically and socially challenged. As a member of BLJ, I have already get the scope to create job opportunity for the vulnerable people of the society. And now I want to create more diversified working opportunity for the physically and socially challenged people and skill them at different criteria.
In light of this, we are opening a footwear factory to create job opportunities for the hearing and speech impaired person and partial disable person of our country. The hearing and speech impaired people and partial disable people are now the burden of their own family. They have to depend on their family for their basic needs. And when the family fails to fulfil that needs, they come for begging and other odd jobs..
Hence footwear sector in Bangladesh is the 2nd largest export earning and top rising sector in Bangladesh. In Last 10 years this industry achieved 342.36% growth. And it is a sector which needs of high skilled manpower. Our objective is to train and introduce our target group with this sector, So, that they will be a good asset for the society and by this way they can contribute to their families as well as to the country.
We dream a society where physically challenged people will be self dependent and can take responsibility of their families.
