台湾の高雄出身です。 私の母はファッションブティックを所有しているので、幼い頃からファッション業界に関心を持っていました。
環境、フェアトレード、人権を大切にするサステナブルファッションに夢中です。

大学に入学すると共に、台湾の首都である台北に引っ越ししました。大学在学中に地元のファッションブランドでアルバイトを始め、本社と4つの支店で働いていました。 大学卒業後は、店長に昇進し、5年間働きました。 ファッション業界の仕組み、リーダーシップの能力、販売、マーケティング、ビジネス戦略の実践的なスキルに関する知識だけでなく、顧客や同僚との良い関係性を築くことの面白さにも学びました。多くの人に素晴らしい経験を提供し、ポジティブな感情とエネルギーを生み出すので、仕事はとても楽しかったです。

新しい言語を学ぶだけでなく、さまざまな人生経験をするために、仕事を辞め、短期語学学校に通うために日本に来ました。
日本に来て新しい人や、習慣、考え方に出会い、私にとってターニングポイントとなりました。知らないうちに私自身も文化の違いや文化的な偏見があることに気づきましたが、新たな文化との出会いは魅力的でした。ボーダレスハウスのコンセプトに惹かれ、東京とニューヨークで数ヶ月滞在した後、ボーダレスハウスに入社しました。より多くの人にボーダレスハウスやボーダレスグループのアイデアとコンセプトを広げたいと思ったからです。

生活環境をより良くするために、役割分担が必要だと思います。一つ一つの努力が積み重なり変化が生まれます。私たちは皆、世界をより良い場所にすることができると信じています。

I am from Kaohsiung, Taiwan. Since my mother owns her fashion boutique, I have a great interest in the fashion industry at an early age.
Now I'm into Sustainable Fashion which is care for the environment, fair trade, and human rights.

When I entered university, I moved to Taipei, the capital of Taiwan. While enrolling in university, I started a part-time job in a local fashion brand and had worked at the head office and 4 branch stores. After graduating from university, I became the store manager and had been working at this clothing company for 5 years. Not only the knowledge of how a fashion industry works, abilities of leadership and practical skills of sales, marketing, and business strategies, but I found it's interesting of building and promoting strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and coworkers by partnering with them and understanding them. I enjoyed working by enthusiastically providing assistance and great experiences to others, as it produces positive emotions and energies.

For the purpose of having different life experiences as well as learning a new language. I quit my previous job and came to Japan for attending a short-term language school. This experience exposed me to new people, new customs and new ways of thinking, which became a turning point for me - that I realized the phenomena of cultural differences and cultural bias from my personal experiences, meanwhile it's fascinating to encounter with other cultures.
The concept of Borderless House attracted me and I joined Borderless House after spending a few months abroad in Tokyo and New York, which is the right timing for me as I'd like to see the world from different perspectives and spread the idea and concept of Borderless House/Borderless Group to more and more people.

For making our living environment better, we all have a part to play. Every effort counts and no actions are considered too small. All actions, taken collectively, can add up to real change. We all can make the world a better place.
